Stretch & Flex

 

Stretch & Flex is based on all fitness levels.  We recommend this class to dancers and parents ages: 8 – Adult.  This class is offered 2 days a week.  Stretch and flex students  will gain flexibility and strength while working at your own pace and level.  It’s a good form of fitness since we do aerobics as well as core conditioning.  We focus on both independent and partner stretching for best results. Conditioning is also an important part of this program since it builds muscle strength and coordination.  Students taking this class will significantly notice a difference in both flexibility and strength.  Since this class is based on your own fitness level, and since you decide how much or at what level you can handle this class, I would recommend Stretch and Flex to all!!
